it is a three-bedroom first floor with a furnished living room and a decent kitchen. the bathroom is solid for college living and there is a 3 seasons covered porch.

There are 2 roommates Cole and Arvinder. We both like to keep to ourselves and are busy with either homework or gaming in our rooms. We just want to find someone who is respectful of the shared space and can consistently pay rent.
