Total amount is 590$ a month plus split electric! You have you’re own room and bathroom. There are 2 other roomates though. The kitchen and living space are shared with the other two. There is an in unit washer and dryer, pool on site, grills on site, and is located right next to MTSU. The apartment is pet friendly and pet fees aren’t too expensive. It just had upgrades last year so there is laminate flooring everywhere but the bedroom which has carpet. In the kitchen there are stainless steal appliances and brand new cabinets. There is even a small patio!

They are both sophomores at MTSU. One loves to bake and the other loves music.
