$850/per month. Everything included. Private furnished room with 43“ smart TV, small fridge. Private bathroom. Laundry on site. Smoke friendly. Shared living area and kitchen access. Balcony is attached to room sliding door. No pets of any kind please….I have a dog so must like dogs.
Furnished room located in deerfield/pompano beach area. Extremely walakable, close to 711 and IHOP as well as other shopping center within less than a mile. Easy access to tri rail and bus stops.
$850 per month and $400 security deposit. $1250 to move in. Looking for someone to stay a minimum of 6 months to a year. Serious inquiries only.
