Mike's room

I’m a 31 year old, professional male with a 3 bedroom, 2.5 bath townhome in Forest Hill. It’s just my two dogs and I that live here so there’s a lot of extra, unused space. I have two spare bedrooms available on the top floor as well as a whole finished basement. Either one of those areas are open as options. The upstairs bathroom is has a full shower and the basement bathroom only has a tub so the shower would be shared. All bills would be included in the rent amount and I have high speed WiFi included as well. There’s a backyard with a deck, one front parking spot and all in a secluded area. The house is conveniently located about 5 minutes from Harford mall and about 15 minutes off of the 95 exit in Joppa and Abingdon.

31 years old, full time job, working four 10-hour days, evenings and nights. I have two dogs, both friendly. One works with me and the other one stays home. I am fairly to myself, like to be cleaned and organized (as much as possible with having two dogs) and have everything maintained. I am physically active so I am at the gym almost every day. Since my one dog is a working dog and comes to work with me each shift, my other one would remain home so I ask that you be good with dogs. The neighborhood is quiet with mainly working individuals and small families.
