Tanya's room

Hi, I’m Tanya. I have a medium-sized room for rent in a beautiful Carmel Valley home. I live in a super safe neighborhood that’s within walking distance of tons of conveniences including One Paseo. Torrey Pines and Del Mar beaches are super close. I have a 4 bedroom, 3 bathroom house. Your room and bathroom would be upstairs. The room could be furnished or unfurnished depending on your preference. This house is kind of ‘upside down’ so the other bedrooms and bathrooms are downstairs, while the kitchen, dining room, living room, and family room are all upstairs. There’s also a lovely deck with a grill upstairs. Additionally, there’s a good-sized yard downstairs with turf grass. There’s a washer/dryer downstairs too.

I’m a professional woman who works at home. I don’t drink, smoke, or do drugs. I’m also a single mom with 50% custody of my 2 awesome kiddos (15-year-old son and 11-year-old daughter). They alternate weeks between staying here with me and with their Dad.

We have 3 adorable kitties (Hula, Coco, and Klee). They don’t always get along very well with each other so they probably wouldn’t be very welcoming to any other pets.
