Hey there! I live in a large enclosed apartment complex. We have a two bed, two bath apartment on the 3rd floor at around 1100 square feet. The complex has great amenities including: parking, two pools, hot tub, grill areas, a gym, dog grooming center, animal park, tennis court and business center. The property management company is on call 24/7 and they include weekly trash pickup, grounds maintenance, and mail delivery. The apartment is fairly new with an open concept living room and dining area, spacious kitchen, screened in porch, and large bedrooms with attached closets and a private bathroom. The location is great being in north St. Petersburg as we are 12 minutes from Tampa airport, 15 minutes to downtown Tampa, 15 minutes to downtown St. Petersburg, and a 3 minute drive to the nearest major highway.

I have lived in this apartment for over a year and am finding myself with an open spot for the upcoming year. I’m very laid back, friendly, and like to explore the area on the weekends. I have no pets but am open to someone who does as the building allows it and the property is great for animal owners. I work from home during the week but have an office in my room so causes little to no distraction. I’ve been in Florida for two years and love it. This apartment has been so great and I don’t want to leave it which is why I’m looking for someone to share this space at a great price for this area!
