-The room available is a beautiful, spacious bedroom with tons of natural light, a private side entrance and adjacent shared bathroom in a 4 bed 2 bath house. -The common space is fully furnished. Your room comes unfurnished. -House has plenty of street parking right in front of the house with no permits or street sweeping. -For outdoor space, we have an incredible, lush backyard with a covered patio area that is furnished with a couch and an outdoor dining table. The backyard has a big palm tree, lemon tree, orange tree, and a bunch of cacti along with other plant life. Backyard is fully enclosed, so it’s secluded from neighbors and gets great sunshine during the day. -There’s a big living room with a couch, chairs and TV that everyone can use when they want. This space is also connected with a dining area right outside of the kitchen. -There is a washer and dryer onsite in a backroom of the house! -There are two bedrooms on either side of the house. Each side has its own bathroom and shower. -House has plenty of storage space for food, pots, pans, dishes, and everyone in the house gets their own personal pantry space and other communal kitchen spaces. In terms of kitchenware (blenders, dishes, cups, pots, pans, utensils etc.) we have everything covered but feel free to bring things you already have and would like to add to the house. We all enjoy cooking and sharing our creations. -We’re walking distance to Pico which has a lot of awesome bars & restaurants as well as grocery stores (Ralphs, Whole Foods, Trader Joe’s) and easy access to the 405 and 10

What we are looking for: -Young professional guy (20-30s) with a steady, full-time job. -Must be clean, respectful, and honestly just a normal person who’s down to earth. -Someone able to come in and maintain the relaxed, easy-going and friendly vibe.

Who we are: -We are three guys in our early 30’s -We’ve lived together for the last few years and all get along really well. -We’re all very clean, respectful, and live active lifestyles. We love to surf, rock climb, play tennis, go to the beach, host bbqs etc. -We all work during the week. We enjoy having friends over before going out, but we’re not a party house. We like to respect each other’s privacy, but also get along really well and enjoy hanging out together for the occasional back patio happy hour or weekend BBQ.
