Brittany's room

3 bed 1.5 bath, single family home on Broadway in Knightville. 7-10 minutes to downtown Portland. We have a fenced in backyard with a fire pit and grill, as well as an unfinished basement with laundry and storage space available. The available bedroom is upstairs and can be furnished or unfurnished. The rest of the house is shared space. All utilities included but we will split the cost of oil 3 ways (usually around $250 in the winter).

My fiance’ and I own the property and our roommate is moving out mid October. We have two large loveable dogs. I teach 2nd grade and he is a realtor and bar manager. We are looking for someone chill and hardworking, who likes dogs.
