Ayca's room

I’m looking for 2-3 people to rent out rooms in our lovely 3 story house. The home is located very close to grocery store Giant, Montgomery mall and Wildwood shopping center. There is also a metro bus stop very close to the home as well. You will share 1 bathroom with 1-2 other people. There are 3 room size options, the largest one which is $1,300, the medium room for $1200, the smaller room for $1,000. If you would like to use all three rooms on the third floor and have the bathroom to yourself, please message me. There is a large kitchen for everyone to use and share. Utilities and wifi are included in the rent. There is a washer and dryer in the basement for everyone to use.
