Place is located in a nice neighborhood in Jsq area. Close to transportation. Multiple restaurants and stores are within a few minutes walking distance. Might be a great opportunity for someone who travels for work or someone who just needs to stay short term while getting back on their feet.
About the roomies

Ideally it would be good to connect with another LGBT male who has similar values and believes in team work! Would also consider a non LGBT male who shares similar values believes in team work and not homophobic.
