Lily's room

I am renting a single private room to a single male. The bathroom is across the way and the kitchen is near front of the room and available for use but must keep clean. It’s a quiet place and area to live with parks in close range from the home. Tenant Must respect the house and owner/family. There is no drinking, smoking and must also follow lodge rules as well. Sharing the home with owner. I am a very respectful, kind person. I have an amazing family & grandkids that visit me as we are very family oriented. I like to make people feel comfortable in my home with a set of boundaries. I like to have the house clean & love to take care of my plants & go for occasional walks.
