1 room available in a 3 bed, 1 bath, single story ranch. Room is 8’11“ by 13’4“ with a doorway alcove of 3’ by 2’5“; I can provide a twin bed and nightstand if needed. Laundry is in the basement, with storage space available. Kitchen, living room, and bathroom shared. Includes wifi, electricity, and water; I have an oil furnace and usually only need 3 deliveries for the winter, roommate would need to cover half. Cat or caged animal okay, no dogs. No smokers, either tobacco or cannabis; I’m allergic. Off street parking available. House is located on a quiet dead end street, 30 minutes to both Nashua and Manchester. Deposit of $700 and 1st month due by move in. I do have an elderly diabetic cat who can be quite vocal at times. Can do either month to month, 3 months, or 6 months lease.
