About the room
The rental is two private rooms. One is a livingroom the other is a bedroom. There is a half bath downstairs. Shower is upstairs. Water, trash, electricity and internet included. Use of washer and dryer is negotiable. Separate entrance to basement, parking on street is available or in driveway if we work out a schedule. Use of barbecue is negotiable. Fire pit in backyard. Working on putting in a shower in the basement.
About the roomies
I am the only other person who would be living there. 55 male. Work as an engineer and like to make knives and pretty much anything. Not the best housekeeper, but working on it.
