Aaron's room

The room available is the master bedroom with a connecting bathroom. It is pretty big. The property is pretty nice and I have not had any problems at all with management. I put down 200 for a deposit but I am not 100% sure how much it is. I believe it depends on your credit situation but I have talked the price down for myself and another so we can see what happens with that. The only bills would be Electric and Internet. If you need internet we will have to boost the Speed due to more connections. The total rent is 1660 including water, sewer and trash so rent will be $830.

My name is Aaron. I currently work at home right now, I was the lead maintenance Technician for nights at CS Beef Packers but ended up with a Hernia and ended up being let go. So, I am not making as much as I normally would be and am looking for a roommate. I am 45 years old and am pretty laid back. I would like to find someone who isn’t a drinker or into drugs. I like to keep my living areas pretty clean. I am a United States Marine so it was kind of drilled into me, no pun intended. No partying (alcohol or drugs) please.
