The residence is located in a nice quiet neighborhood that is very close to Ashburn Metro station. It is less than a 7-minute drive to the Verizon building on the Loudoun County Parkway. Rent includes all utilities, cable, internet, water, gas, electricity, and HOA.

We are seeking: A full-time professional with a steady job, please be prepared to show solid employment and housing history. Non-smoker, no partying, no drugs, no pets, no overnight friends, and who will keep the property clean. Month-to-month ($1,600). The monthly rent; and accommodation are for one person ONLY. Signed a rental agreement and one month’s rent, as the deposit. This is refundable, depending upon the property condition at move-out.

No other tenants. It’s just two of us and 6 yo boy in the house. Preferably females; students are welcome.
