Located on Eldridge in the heart of the Energy Corridor (beautiful area.) ALL BILLS INCLUDED (minus food.) Housekeeping included (every Monday morning; your bedsheets washed/changed, entire room cleaned, entire bathroom cleaned.)

The room is a huge loft on the the 3rd floor with private staircase; 1200 sq feet. Huge closet and private full bathroom in the loft. There is also a mini fridge in the room. This room is truly a gem. Shared with 2 other males (ages 23 & 19) one always there, the other home sporadically from college. Probably best for a younger male who works a lot or is a student.

Shared washer/dryer on 2nd floor (laundry supplies not included.) Please provide your own bed/bedding, toiletries, clothes hangers, towels, and night stand. There will be an agreement signed in order to live here, background check, and meeting in person of course. You may not have pets or others staying the night. You must be a responsible, quiet, professional individual. You will live with a family in their home. $500 per month gives you a room only. Not the entire home.

You will live with an older woman, her adult son, daughter, and our cats. Quiet home. Quiet area. Mother & daughter have rooms on 2nd floor. Kitchen is on 1st floor. Agreement will be created regarding use of kitchen. The lady of the house is a Chef so you will likely be invited to enjoy meals and not need to cook often (unless you want to.) Home is gorgeous, and beautifully decorated.

We are looking for someone who will either feel like family, or be quiet enough that we do not know they are there. No partiers, no drugs, no kids, no pets, etc.
