We will have one bedroom fully furnished that will be available now! Fully sanitized, and repainted. Comes with a 40“ smart tv, twin bed that converts to a queen-sized bed with new comforter and sheets. We share the house with a great group of people who don’t judge for who you are! It’s important to find someone with the same ideals. A group of cute doggos live here too so please no more pets. Washer and dryer, utilities included, and not even a block away from King Soopers, Starbucks and several fast food places, you name it. RTD is on the same street as well! Plenty of stuff in the area. My husband and I do have the upstairs bedrooms, and the other two roommates will be downstairs. The biggest thing is being chill, most of us work throughout the entire day 40-65+ hours a week so not a whole lot going on during the week. We all hang out and talk, summer BBQs are big for us but totally optional. The two roommates downstairs are 23+ year-old professional individuals.
