The apartment is located in a gated, small, quiet complex. There is a temperature-controlled pool, and grill. All neighbors have been here for 8+ years. Everyone is very respectful and friendly. The neighborhood is wonderful, safe, walking distance to coffee shops, and great food!
About the roomies
Month to month sublease. You will be sharing the space with me. I am 28 years old. I work full time outside of the house. I am very chill, CLEAN and respectful. I like to keep it to myself, watch movies/sports, cook dinner and go to the beach. This is not a party home, but friends over for dinner/movie nights are welcome.
