Landmark Boulevard

I am the owner of a 3br 2.5bth 1800sqft unit. I have 2 other tenants that reside in the condo. The neighborhood is very quiet but people are friendly. We have a pool and a hot tub where guests of the community like to gather especially on the weekends. We also have a tennis court and the neighborhood is long enough to take either scenic walks or runs around. The property is just a 10-15 min drive to downtown Dunedin/Honeymoon island. 20-25 min drive to Clearwater Beach and about 30 min drive away from both downtown Tampa and St. Petersburg. Great spot where you are still close to the city if you want to explore but also nice to get away and escape the busyness of life.

I live in the master bedroom while an elder gentleman in his 60’s lives in the other bedroom. We both work from home and keep the common/living areas clean. The elder gentleman does not stay here on the weekend and I am usually out running around so it is pretty quiet. During the week I wake up early and go to bed early. I hit the gym, work, and then usually watch NHL games as I am a big hockey fan! We are both Christians so you can be sure you’re in a safe living environment.
