Marlon's room

I have a log home in the middle of Hendersonville. I have a bedroom on the first floor and right now, I am only going to rent the one room but might rent the other room on the first floor. My room is on the 2nd floor. Log homes are not like other homes. This one was built in 1947 and has smaller closets and typically are slightly cooler in the winter than traditional homes but, utilities are included so bring a space heater, lol. It has a patio you can hang out on, private 1 ac rear lot and you will pretty much have your own kitchen unless I decide to rent the other room out. Right now, I am just thinking the one room would be my best option. The bathroom is small but it will be all yours unless I decide later, months later, to let someone else rent the other room. The living room on the main level would also pretty much be yours as I work a lot and will hang out upstairs. This is not a monthly rental but rather a weekly rental. If you need it furnished, I can do that as well for another $25 a week. This is my first venture into renting a room out so if I missed any questions you might have, reach out. Oh, no smokers..sorry..plus, its bad for you, ha.

I am a real estate broker in Hendersonville. Just me and my son that stays with me every other weekend. He stays in the room above the detached garage. He is going to Vol State.
