We have a great room available in a wonderful 3-bedroom 2 bath home in Bay Ho. The room is 11 x 11, with a shared bathroom (share with one other clean roommate). Rent is $1675 a month, available October 1st.

Centrally located in the highly sought after Stonehaven community, the house has been updated with brand new kitchen including a breakfast bar and wood floors throughout the entire home. Brand new washer and dryer and all new stainless steel appliances in the kitchen including a wine refrigerator. The community includes two ponds with walking paths, tennis courts, racquetball courts and a pool! Dishwasher, garage with parking, backyard and plenty or natural light.

Shared with two lovely ladies in their 30s/ early early 40’s, a chill 11 year old labrador, and a sweet 9 year old cat. One roommate works from home in environmental conservation and the other works outside the home in Occupational Therapy.Would prefer to find a guy roommate to balance and complete our home but we are open to all gender identities (sorry no couples). Must have stable employment and be able to pass a credit/ background check. Looking for someone clean, considerate, chill, and with good communication.
