I don’t know why it says shared, it’s a 2/2. Your bedroom is on the other side of the house. You have your own entrance, will have to change locks tho there’s no key for that door, but that’s easy. You have your own bathroom with a tub. The washer and dryer are in your bathroom so that will be our only mini issue with me having to come in there while doing laundry. But I see no issue with that really. Plenty of space so we won’t be on top of each other. Have a huge back yard with screen in porch as well as a big kitchen and living space. We’re located on the east side of federal highway and less than 1 mile to the beach.

My name is Jessica and I’m a 34 year old single hard working female. I work 5-6 days out of the week. I have a dog a a few cats, cats stay mostly outside so gotta be pet friendly for sure. I’m very outgoing easy to be around. Love adventures and being outside. I’m real down to earth and love to work lol. Everyone else that lives here stays to them selfs. The neighborhood is amazing and quiet. Close to everything.
