Master bedroom with private bathroom for rent in 4 bedroom house. House was renovated in approximately 2016, and has a nice sized backyard. It is close to Amgen, shopping, grocery stores, restaurants, etc. The house is located in a cute and quiet neighborhood of Newbury Park.

The master bathroom has 2 sinks, and the room is suitable for 1 or 2 people. Room is unfurnished. Price will be $1700 per month for 2 people or $1500 per month for 1 person (plus utilities). House comes with central heating and AC. 2 parking spots in the driveway are shared among roommates with plenty of street parking available. Laundry machine and dryer are present in the garage.

Current tenants are 2 males, early 30’s, employed. One works nights as a registered nurse and the other works a rotating schedule on film sets. We are both easy-going individuals, and prefer someone who will be respectful of the house/space. We both enjoy drinking socially, and do not smoke (smoking would be allowed outside only). We share duties within the house, and help contribute for shared things used in the home.
