Mikayla's room

We have a private room and bathroom in our basement available. There is a shared living room and kitchen upstairs. The house is a new build (built in 2020). We are centrally located with easy access to most major highways I-25, I-70, I-76 and highway 36) and easy access to downtown. This is a quiet, family friendly neighborhood. Off-street parking available.

We are a married couple who are both working professionals. We sometimes have people over on weekends but are pretty quiet during the week. We do have two small dogs.
