Chiara's room

A newly renovated townhouse a few blocks in from E Somerset Street in the Port Richmond area. The house is 1,192 square feet and has a dining room living room and new kitchen as well as central air and heat. The property has one full bath and one powder room. The house would be furnished, but the room would not. A separate office is available for an additional cost if desired.

I am a woman in my mid-twenties. I’m looking for a roommate who is communicative and able to live together respectfully. It’s just me living there currently, so we would have the house to ourselves. I like board games and art wine nights and would ideally like to get to know my roommate.
