Beautiful 2 bedroom, 1 bathroom apartment at Telluride West Condominiums in Lakewood CO. The room can be furnished or unfurnished, depending on the needs of the person. Currently looking for a roommate to occupy the other acroom in the unit. The apartment has excellent access to the onsite pool and hot tub, being about a 25ft walk from the back door. In addition to the hot tub and pool, the apartment features a ping pong table, and a bean bags set up, directly in the back yard. Ideally looking for someone to stay long term, 6+ months, but am willing to negotiate that.

Apartment is currently fully furnished, including a kitchen stocked with whatever glassware, kitchenware, etc that you may need.

Additionally, house has in unit AC and in unit laundry.

Helping my current roommate find a new roommate as I am moving to new state for new job.

Quiet guy looking for a roommate that’s respectful about noise. I’m not looking for a nun, but you get the idea. Looking for someone that’s clean and can stay for at least a year ideally.
