Hi, a spacious available unfurnished room for rent with a shared bathroom in a 2-bedroom apartment located in Silverlake/Los Feliz area. The unit has hardwood floors, large kitchen, comfortable living room, with plenty of windows to bring in the natural light and views of the neighborhood below. The apartment building sits on a hilltop overlooking the surrounding streets of Silverlake on a quiet street. Also, walking distance to Griffith Park, Silverlake reservoir, restaurants, bars, coffee shops/cafes, and grocery stores (Tjoes & Gelsons). The building is small with only 6 units, a shared parking spot, friendly residents who have been living in the building for over 15 years. Unfortunately, no pets allowed in the building. The potential roommate should be a professional with gainful employment. The landlord will require for all tenets to be on the lease which is currently month to month and collecting security deposit.

I’m in my mid 50’s and work full-time managing an art gallery. My work is quite social; therefore, it keeps out and about for the most part. On occasion, I travel for work. When I’m not working, I am usually out riding my bicycle, hiking, or going out for a run; however, I do like a relax time watching a movie or reading a book at home. My regular days off from work are Sundays/Mondays. An ideal roommate for me is someone who is friendly, someone who is respectful of my privacy as I am respectful of theirs, cleans up after themselves, likes to keep the apartment clean as well.
