Private bedroom in large 3 bedroom/2.5 bath house for rent in 19147 zip code less than 15 minute walk from East Passyunk, Italian Market, Queen Village and Bella Vista.

The bedroom is on the second floor and there is a hall bathroom shared with one roommate. The room is 13’ x 11’ with a 7’4” x 2’ closet and is will come unfurnished.

The first floor has a kitchen, pantry, living room/dining area, coat closet, 1/2 bath, and large backyard. There is laundry and storage space in the unfinished portion of the basement. There is a small home gym area and two semi-private offices/work spaces in the basement. One roommates uses workspace 1 as an office but you are welcome to use workspace 2 or the gym area as an office/hobby space or for additional storage.

The room is $900 a month and does not include utilities.

There is free, no permit required street parking. there are usually spots available right out front during the day and after 7 it’s usually easy to find something within a block.

The house also has an attached garage, which one roommate currently pays extra for, but if you are interested in using the garage we can discuss adjusting.

Flexible lease terms

We are both girls in our mid-20s and have preference for female roommates in a similar age range. We both have flexible/hybrid office policies and frequently work from home. We like to have friends over and ocassionally host movie/painting/cooking nights so we are looking for a roommate who we vibe with and is comfortable having guests.
