Hi everyone, looking for someone to move into a 5 bed/3 bath house in Woodland Hills. Rent is $1,600/month. There are 2 other people living in the house, 1 female and 1 male. One roommate has an emotional support dog. You would have your own room and bathroom. Rooms are unfurnished but one roommate does have extra furniture that could be used if you need it. The neighborhood is a good, tranquil area with friendly neighbors. The house has 2 washers/dryers, so you may not need to wait to do laundry. There is air conditioning, and there is also a garage for storage. There is also a hot-tub in the backyard. If interested let me know. Thanks!

Both are professional full-time workers and they will be commuting to work 5 days a week. Both are calm, neither are noisy. There will be house guests occasionally, but they will not host large gatherings/parties.
