Monthly renewal welcomed and approved if house rules are followed and we all are happily compatible (we all should equally be quiet, tidy, friendly, respectful, and self-sufficient). The room is on the second floor. The room is fully furnished with high quality Samsung 52-inch wall-mounted flat-screen TV with Dish Network. Free whole home (strong) wifi. Comfy King bed with hardwood oak head and foot-board. Ceiling fan. Privacy and loop locks for added security. Large dresser. End tables and lamps. Large mirror. Nicely decorated artwork. Tall dorm fridge. Electronic hotel safe. USB charging station. Private bedroom sink and vanity. Walk-in closet with plenty storage shelving and hangars. Extra bed and bathroom linens changed-out weekly. Free access to our laundry room with new appliances. Microwave outside of room in common use family room (unlimited popcorn and coffee or tea). Access to our full kitchen…coordinate your needs to de-conflict. Plenty of free parking on the street. Key lock on your bedroom door. Cipher lock on front door to house. We are 10-minutes from Randolph AFB. 4-minutes from FM 78 and FM 3009 intersection. 8 minutes from Interstate 35 & FM 3009 intersection. New Walmart and HEB 4-minutes away by car, less than 1-mile…within walking distance. Chipotle Mexican Grill, Taco Bell, Chick-Fila, Zaxby’s, Pizza restaurants 4-8 minutes away. Fred is a military retiree, and Lorna is a government support contractor working in the Randolph Dental Clinic. Fred’s elderly mother Lois lives with them occupying one bedroom. Lois is very grandmotherly and a great conversationalist. We also have a 5-year old, very affectionate, Golden Retriever named Rusty…if you love dogs…he’s everybody’s pal. You are welcome to come and go as you please. We are all adults in the home. Our home is not ideal for children, or outside pets. No overnight guests.
