Jason's room

I have a 11x11 room available in the house, it’s a pretty quite household as only me and another tenant live in it. Washer and dryer available, grill in the backyard, everything is included in the price (water, sewer, trash, wifi). Ring cameras surround the property for extra security.

I am studying to be a Mechanical Engineer and the other tenant is a business owner. We usually are busy with work and school so we are home after 4pm. Quiet neighborhood.
