1 bedroom available. Walk-in closet and shared bathroom. Full amenities available (washer, dryer, dishwasher, microwave, roku tv). Utilities/bills are split between each person. Just a lived in house looking for someone else to live in it. Early move-in can be negotiated.

Jeramie works in IT and Sissi works overnight. Both are pretty quiet and keep to themselves. Sometimes even feels like you’re living alone. However, both are very friendly and will occasionally share a dinner plan.
