Planned on living there for a while but life took a turn sadly and had to change plans. The apartment is a single bedroom of a two bedroom newly renovated apartment. (The other bedroom has a male roommate already). It comes with full furnishings For a student at CWU. So bed, desk, dresser, the common area is fully furnished as well. Only $900 a month. Less than a 10min walk from campus and also has a shuttle to and from the complex to the college making it perfect for harsher weather days.

Explaining the takeover Per contract I wasn’t able to just drop the lease traditionally, it has to be a lease takeover through the main office/ownership. Meaning the process would take place with you and management not just through myself. They Will work with us on taking over the lease which begin and end in the month of September a year apart due to school season.

Truly is no better value for the area and in a clean and healthy area that is expanding with newer buildings. Incredibly safe to walk around at all times of day.
