I am a retired Army veteran. My wife is a retired Navy veteran. We have 2 sons 10 and 5, as Well we have 2 dogs. I work at the VA hospital assisting veterans with claims, and my wife is a stay at home mom. We are looking for a couple or female preferably to rent the room to, but we are open to anyone as long as you are respectful. No smoking is allowed in the home since my children have asthma. Please do not come home smelling like cigarettes either. We are looking for short term or long term tenants preferably 9 or 12 month lease agreement. Limits on guests coming over since I have 2 dogs. My dogs are people friendly but do not do well with other animals. Home is set up with home security cameras in all common areas for your safety and my families.
