Private unfurnished bedrooms ( 2 of them available to rent) 3rd bedroom is occupied by a senior health care professional. New York colleges : FTC,Farmingdale state,stonybrook university all at commuting distance. Water bill and landscaping included in rent. All other utilities divided in 3 and tenant pays 1/3 rd of the utilities. Will be available to rent on 10.16.23 . Existing party will move out only on 10.15.23.
