I have two rooms available starting October 1st in my midtown apartment. The price is $650 for each room. The complex was built in the 70’s and hasn’t had major renovations which is why the rent is relatively affordable. The unit has central air, heat, and a dishwasher. It’s also located upstairs right above the laundry room for easy access. Considering the age of the property, the unit is in good condition. Must be okay with my super friendly 50 lb boxer/shepherd mix dogs and unfortunately that’s the max amount of pets allowed. Send me a message for pics of the rooms and for more information.
