Christopher's room

I am renting out a room in a 2bed 2 bath apartment on the edge of Japan Town, San Jose. The shared living space is furnished. The kitchen has granite countertops, a dishwasher, and a glass top electric stove. Washer ad drying in unit. The unit is in an apartment complex with a pool, spa, gym, and several bbq areas.

There are several restaurants, 2 grocery stores, a few bars and a few parks within short walking distance.

I’m an engineer who works nearby. I like to cook, play video games and dungeons and dragons, cook, and watch anime. I attend a Kung Fu school nearby.

I’m fairly clean and quiet. I prefer to have a roommate who I can be friends with, but am OK if you prefer to keep to yourself. I am happy to talk through how you want to share the space and what your needs are.
