It’s a two bedroom one bath very spacious apartment at the downstairs level with the yard it has AC. I also have paid for internet Verizon it’s very fast and reliable I also cable and the room comes with the TV a nightstand a dresser and a bed a twin size bed if you need it if you’re not in need of the furniture I can move that out of there so you can put your own furniture in and I’m ready for a roommate as soon as anyone’s ready to move in that is seriously looking to have a reliable good roommate and only serious inquiries only thank you hope everyone has a great rest of your day and look forward to hearing from you soon

There are no other roommates I live alone I do have a dog and a cat but I don’t really want my roommate to have any animals maybe a cat that’s very well trained and doesn’t spray but preferred not to have any animals or children.
