I am located in Highlands Ranch Colorado. Close to C-470, Lonetree, Dtc, Littleton, Centennial. 25 min to Down town Denver. 45 min to Colorado Springs. Close to 4 hospitals. It is considered shared as I need access to the mechanical room and the second bedroom at times.

I am a single dad 39yr old. Professional career. Have 2 boys that are 8 and 9. Live with me 50 percent of the time. They are home every Wednesday and Thursday. Then every other weekend. They are both in school from 9-4 M-F In bed by 830pm during the week. I have two golden retrievers. Well tempered and just like loves. I work from home but also in the field most days. I am easy going but like to keep things cleaned up and enjoy time to myself but also enjoy visiting. I am an outdoors person that will be gone most weekends in the summer along with snowboarding in the winter months.
