About the room
I am located in Highlands Ranch Colorado. Close to C-470, Lonetree, Dtc, Littleton, Centennial. 25 min to Down town Denver. 45 min to Colorado Springs. Close to 4 hospitals. Children’s, Uc health, Littleton, sky ridge. 4 state of the art recreational centers, great restaurants and night life. Miles of trails to bike or walk.
1.5 hr to keystone, Breckenridge
Bedroom comes fully furnished. Everything in bedroom is new. All furniture, mattress, sheets etc. main basement are is available to your luxury
It is considered shared as I need access to the mechanical room and the second bedroom at times. If you would like the second bedroom for an office it would be $200.00 in addition.
About the roomies
I am a single dad 42yr old. Professional career. Have 2 boys that are 10 and 12. Live with me 50 percent of the time. They are home every Wednesday and Thursday. Then every other weekend. They are both in school from 9-4 M-F In bed by 830pm during the week. I have two golden retrievers. Well tempered and just like loves. I work from home but also in the field most days. I am easy going but like to keep things cleaned up and enjoy time to myself but also enjoy visiting. I am an outdoors person that will be gone most weekends in the summer along with snowboarding in the winter months.
Lease is for 3months to make sure things work for both of us. 1 year after that.
