Very nice extra large bedroom with private bathroom that has a brand spanking new tiled shower! Room has queen size bed and loads of storage including walk-in closet. This is my long-time home and I’m looking for a mature roommate who would appreciate living in a quiet, clean environment. I was born and raised in Arizona and I’m looking for a like minded roommate who’s lived and worked in Arizona for at least a few years. Only respectful, mature adults need apply. Partying, drugs and excessive drinking will NOT be tolerated. There will be NO smoking inside at anytime. The room is rented to one person only and does not allow for sleepovers. You will provide a reference of your current employment and last rental place. I am easy going and the few rules I have are to ensure a relaxing environment for everyone’s benefit. This is a goal oriented household and you should share this attitude. If you prefer sitting around the house to working towards achievements then this isn’t the place for you. If you value living in a drama-free, clean environment with respectful people, let’s talk. Internet, water and electric is included. You will have full access to shared spaces, including the kitchen, laundry, living room and back patio. I clean all of my own messes and I expect the same courtesy in return. $1000 security deposit along with first month’s rent will be due at move-in.
