Heyy! Alrighty, looking for an awesome person to join me in this Large 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom plus Den in the beautiful City Lights apartment complex in Aliso Viejo! Rent $1900/mth**Avail mid-October or November, open for discussion for earlier, and based on the current roommate moving out plus cleaning

THE APARTMENT / YOUR SPACE: *Your bedroom is about 13x12 with a large closet (see in pics), your own bathroom, a linen closet, and the den which is 14x11. Both your and my bedrooms are on opposite sides of the apartment for optimal privacy. (currently, the den is an office with a couch which can move to the now empty living room)

*Open large kitchen w lots of cabinets and pantry space

*Large living room (currently empty can be filled with TV/sectional currently in the den, or you can fill w/ your furniture)

*Washer and dryer in unit

• Living room patio is HUGE and looks over the park and has a beautiful mountain/city view.

*I’m a business professional originally from NY, have lived in Sherman Oaks for the past 10 years, and recently took over the lease of one of the rooms. I’m a pretty chill chick, laid back and fun…I’m in tech sales so I’m a people person, but I like my home to be a place of solace when need be. I mostly work from home during the week so prefer someone with a 9-5ish out of the apt if possible.

*This is the largest apartment layout in the complex and is a hot commodity!

*I have a 2.5 yr old, 8lb Cavapoo named Bailey who is well-behaved and such a little smush! She’s not a barker (minus when someone knocks), and completely not aggressive/ biter, she’s a lover :-) And typically is with me alllll the time.

*I don’t mind you having a pet as long as our fur babies get along ! We can discuss more when we chat :-)
