You’d be sharing a two bedroom apartment. It’s in an older building which is in a very good neighborhood with a lot to do. Neighbors are very friendly. Rent is $900 total, which you would be splitting with me, meaning you would only be paying $450 a month plus your share of utilities. We only have to pay for electric and internet, as the other utilities are included in the rent.

I’m a guy with a wide variety of interests who likes meeting new people. I’m often busy, but very reliable. It’s important to me to be respectful of others and their boundaries. LGBT friendly, 420 friendly as long as you smoke outside. Pets are allowed in the apartment, but you will need to talk to the landlord.
