Besides peace and quiet, other benefits that come with the well-spread out three bedrooms include a good-sized eat-in kitchen, w/d in unit, and a sun-lit full bath. Your bdrm faces the comfortable-looking nextdoor house and not the street; this room should be absolutely serene. Living room is converted into a third bedroom, and that’s the secret of this pricing.
