We are a couple with a spare bedroom in our 2800 square feet home. It is a furnished room in a 3 bedroom 2 1/2 bathroom single family home on Sumter Dr off Wetherbee road. Shared kitchen, living room, and laundry room. Bedroom and bathroom are upstairs. A quiet neighborhood 14 minutes away from MCO and 7 minutes from 417. Our 19 year old college student daughter lives with us. Our subdivision has a swimming pool. One month deposit and employment reference is required. No overnight guests.
