Scott's room

One of 3 upstairs rooms. This large west facing master bedroom has an attached bathroom (including a shower) and being a corner room has great lighting from windows on each wall and a view of the back yard. I think the color combo works ok but we can definitely paint it to your needs if you plan to stay a while.

I am getting the room and bathroom professionally cleaned this week but if someone wanted to do it themselves I would be open to taking some of the deposit off.

The room is in a cute house from the 60’s in a quiet south Tucker neighborhood. There are 2 other bedrooms upstairs, one being a shared art/work space and the other another room for rent. A large open floor plan in the common space with a kitchen island and working appliances. There is a separate laundry room off the shared hallway. A large open backyard and a dual story deck out back and a cute screened in room off the dining room entrance (the dining room is currently being used for some sewing work in process). Storage is available in the garage as needed but it is actively used for art and sewing so all parking is currently in the driveway or on the street (both of which have plenty of room).

I think that covered most of it… We have some garden beds in the front that are currently growing some herbs and a few opportunistic survivors from last season.

The basement is finished so my bedroom is down there and the pups are my shadows so they sleep down there too.

We are a SAFE-SPACE household that supports our human family with Love and Compassion. That being the case I require anyone who wants to live here to follow the same ethos, and ideally be a part of the LGBTQ+ community.

The Roomies.. (in order of what I imagine a potential roommate to prioritize) Myself: Chill but deeply passionate artist that sometimes has to do computer work to pay bills. Open, friendly, sometimes outgoing and sometimes introverted… I love, thrift/art, travel, volunteer, spin fire, sail, twirl in circles in flowing skirts until I fall down dizzy, chase the glittery edges of rainbows and fall in love with the world each day. As you can imagine this leaves the adventures and appreciations for life pretty open.

The Pups: Shadow(2.5yr male) and Echo(5m female) are adorable, protective, chaotic, loving, trained/training, and socialized to a diverse group of family.

Our Son: What a gem. We share time and relative space in the world together, so he is here physically sometimes but not all the time and we all love to travel together so often none of us are here.
