Tiebout Avenue

I’m looking for a sublet for my room in this townhouse because it is no longer financially viable for me. It is a great, sizable space with its own separate lock and key. There is a cleaning service provided for the common areas (complete kitchen and bathroom) every month and the Landlord is very helpful with any and all issues. Packages are always brought inside by anyone and we have a ring doorbell on the porch to deter theft. Utilities and internet are included with the price of rent. The landlord DOES need to screen any candidate for the space

I live on the second floor in unit #2. There are 2 rooms on each floor. The 3 other roommates are very friendly, quiet, and clean. Each floor has a bathroom and shower so you only have to share with one other person.
