Mabel's room

Hi everyone. My name is Mabel and my partner and I are renting out one of our unfurnished bedrooms with walk in closet and private bathroom in our brand new townhome! Located in Candler only 9 minutes from Haywood Road in West Asheville, this room offers beautiful views and the luxury of living in a brand new and sparkling clean home. Other features include one parking spot, a backyard space, and already furnished living areas. Rent is $950 + utilities. Unfortunately, we cannot accommodate any more pets as we have 1 small dog and 2 small cats. LGBTQ+ and 420 friendly (no smoking inside). Please reach out if you have any questions!

My partner and I are renting out a room and bathroom in our beautiful new townhome! We value a clean, welcoming and organized home environment. We have a small dog and two small cats and enjoy doing things on the weekend. We are not big on hosting, nor are we big on partying. We are both early risers, and respectful of sleeping hours and like to wind down around 10 pm. We are excited to welcome a similar roommate to our home and look forward to hearing from you.
