Huge backyard, partially fenched, enclosed back porch, private personal furnished bedroom, but willing to remove furniture if you have your own, and personal bathroom with tub/shower combo. I have my pup Ivan, and we stay in the living room due to my inability to utilize the bed. I am limited on my mobility, but can get around with my walker. I enjoy scrabble and card games, if you may be interested too! Close to everything for easy access for students, and working professionals alike. Train is 5 minutes walking distance, 3 minutes by car to route 22, 31 and I78.
It’s just Ivan and I, and we are low key. He’s super friendly and can be vocal, but does calm in his kennel when excited. You are even allowed to borrow Ivan if you want company on walks. We have the first floor of the home, and have 2 neighbors upstairs who are working professionals‐ they have their own space and won’t be in ours.
