I would be the only roommate. I am 32 years old, single, and from Poughkeepsie NY. I work for Davis Ulmer as a sales manager. I enjoy fishing and playing volleyball. I keep the place fairly clean, might not vacuum or scrub on a weekly basis but I do pick up after myself.
