We are right off the I-10 near many shopping and food centers such as Costco, Walmart, Ross, Chipotle, Barrios, and more. Located in Roosevelt Parkway our neighborhood is a new build, gated community that has many attractions such a community pool, playgrounds, volleyball and basketball courts. In the common area we also have a pool table / tennis table.
The house is a 2 story, 4 bedrooms, 2.5 bathroom home with a loft. We share the kitchen and common areas. It is kept clean and tidy.
The room is an unfurnished room, with 2 windows to bring in plenty of natural lighting.
The lower floor bathroom is a half bath and the upstairs is a full bath. Both are shared and free for you to use.
My husband and I currently live here. He works from home full time as a Software Engineer for Oracle and I work full time as an EMT for AMR.
We are a calm, quiet, peaceful household. We are comfortable socializing or leaving you be, whichever you prefer.
We do have a cat. He is a grumpy old man who will just slink around and occasionally ask for a pet.
